Why Front Line EMS

At Front Line we put our providers first in all we do. We have learned that if our people are appropriately supported, cared for, and invested in, our patients, clients, and community will naturally receive better care, and our company will enjoy a healthy and happy work atmosphere. You will see our dedication to our providers in our competitive pay, comfortable offices, top-of-the-line equipment, new ambulances, benefits, and our “give back” incentives.

We give all we can to our team members, and in return, we expect more. We believe in a culture of hard work, preparation, and dedication that is sometimes interrupted with periods of rest, as opposed to a culture of rest that is sometimes interrupted by work. This culture nurtures and develops high-value talent and leaders who will thrive and quickly rise through the ranks and enjoy many opportunities with Front Line and within the EMS industry, wherever we serve.

Please Note:
Front Line EMS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, religion, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status or condition protected by law.
