Owner and President, Mélanie Bull, heads Front Line EMS. As well as a nationally registered EMT, Mélanie is bilingual, creative, and leads with strength and love. As the daughter of an immigrant, Mélanie’s entrepreneurial spirit paired with 15+ years of teaching and management has led Mélanie to cultivate a business environment where all have the opportunity to thrive.

Richard Bull
CEO
Richard is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the emergency management and healthcare industries, and a strategic leader with a hands-on financial and operational management approach. Richard is skilled in aligning internal resources, sales management, and marketing to exceed business goals and lead the company through the next phase of growth and expansion.

William Schultz
CFO
Willaim Schultz is Front Line’s chief financial officer with responsibility for the company’s corporate controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations, financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, and corporate development functions.

Justin Baker
Chief Contract Officer & General Counsel
Justin is an experienced former Chief Petty Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the military industry and emergency management. He is skilled in personnel management, company relations, operational planning, business law, and customer service.

Mathew Hardwick
VP of Business Development
As an experienced leader, Matt has a proven history of delivering solid results across strategic planning and operations management, strategy formation, staff development, and resource maximization. As VP of Business Development at Front Line EMS, Matt’s responsibilities lie in growing the company’s corporate services and overseeing medical providers' recruitment.

Dale Hoover
Work Force Project Manager
Dale’s core focus is centered on developing and executing customized training programs and events for Front Line EMS’s medical professionals. His responsibilities include overseeing each element of training programs, generating and managing timelines, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders and resources.

Caleb Siemens
Logistics Chief
Caleb is a highly-motivated logistics professional with extensive management experience. He is proficient in logistics and fleet management, coordination, deployment of operational equipment and assets for first aid, ambulance services, and training purposes. Caleb is adept at working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
